Course enrollment is confirmed upon payment receipt. Available spaces are limited, and enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel courses if minimum enrollment is not met.

3.2 Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:

• More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• After course commencement: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel courses and provide full refunds if circumstances require.

4.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services remains the property of neural acov. This includes course materials, presentations, documentation, and website content. You are granted a limited license for personal use during and after course participation.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

4.3 User Content

By submitting content to us (such as questions or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

5.1 Educational Purpose

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. While we share proven methodologies and real-world applications, we make no representations about specific outcomes or career advancement.

5.2 No Professional Advice

Course content does not constitute professional consulting services. Participants are responsible for evaluating the applicability of course content to their specific situations.

5.3 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not warrant that our website or services will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior notice.

5.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neural acov's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.1 By You

You may discontinue use of our services at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

7.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business or other users. Immediate termination may occur for serious violations.

7.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

9.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and neural acov regarding use of our services.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

9.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

9.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

9.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
